In September we took part in a Health Expo at the Chicago Navy Pier. Our sister Jenny flew in from Seattle and our friend Dr. Bea came from Ohio to complete our small crew. We had a lot of fun educating thousands of guests about health, wellness, and the benefits of whole foods.
