Last week was one of the busiest weeks ever! It was Allen's 3rd birthday, our 6-year anniversary, Brad's final exams, his Senior grad night cruise, and the Master's recital for our friend Heather. *deep breath* We fit it all in...and had some fun too!

After Brad's last final exam (ever!) we went out for a celebratory lunch at Red Lobster (Did you know you can use Olive Garden gift cards there? You can.)

Allen had a lot of fun with the food. Like Father, like son...in so many ways. :)

The manager took a lobster out for the boys. I was surprised how much they wanted to touch it. Eww!

Brigham's 1st hair cut!

Our amazing hair stylist, Sandy, gave Brigham his first little trim. I didn't get before and after pictures (oops!) but the back of his head was starting to look like a mullet. I don't like mullets ("business up front, party in the back!"...um, no). If you live here in MO, she's on at The Hair Resort...go see her!

Sandy also trimmed Allen up for his big party (she came too!)...

The theme was "fun & colorful". We had cupcake decorating, face painting, bubbles, a pinata, a play-parachute, music, and lots of sugar. It was perfect! Allen talked about his party for weeks before the day actually arrived and he loved it! Thanks to all his friends for making it special!

It was a fun night and a great way to celebrate with his classmates of over 3 years.

Our talented friend Heather completed her masters degree in piano performance with an awesome recital. It was incredible...and she looked gorgeous! Congrats Heather!

And here are the boys waiting for Daddy at the door. They are his biggest fans and can't wait for him to come home everyday!
