Every year we head over to the Seattle area for a gathering with my dad's side of the family. I look forward to this event but also to the photo opp on the way. Our children are dressed in their holiday best and the big windows on the ferry ride make for great lighting.
Neva was just a few days shy of her first birthday.
She adores Allen.
